  Please send requests for shuttle bus transfers between hotels within Hanoi and Halong Bay via the Special Requests box during reservation at least 2 days prior to departure. Shuttle buses leave hotels at Hanoi Old Quarter at 8:30, Pick-up service is included.

  According to the local law and regulation, cruises are to register guests’ information with Halong Bay Management Authority and Port Authority Permits at least 24 hours in advance of cruise boarding date.
  The following information must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the boarding date:
  •Hanoi hotel address,
  •Full name
  • Date of birth of each member
  • Passport number
  • Nationality
  • Vietnamese visa – if required
  • Valid date of visa
  A valid passport is required upon check-in on board. Children whose travel documents are attached to the parent's passport must be accompanied by said parent.
  The management regrets to inform guests that any guest without information submitted may not be allowed to be on board. No refunds are offered if local police and port authority refuse guests who fail to present valid passports for inspection.

  Cruise itinerary and schedules are subject to change due to weather, tide levels and operating conditions. Swimming or kayaking excursions may be cancelled due to poor weather. Unused services are non-refundable.

  Please expect some waiting time involved before the cruise departs, due to different pick-up* points of passengers, road conditions from Hanoi to Halong, and approval of port authority for the cruise to depart.
