Contactless Check-in. The Flatsharing app allows guests to check-in without meeting the receptionist. In Flatsharing, guests sign an electronic contract and attach passport photos. Afterwards, the app will have detailed instructions on how to enter the Apartment.

There is a thorough cleaning after the departure of guests.
Reporting documents to business travellers (14% of the cost of the cheque).
