Check-in is carried out remotely: after concluding an electronic contract (renting accommodation) and making a deposit, the administrator sends information on check-in.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to prior arrangement for an additional fee.
The apartments are located in a free parking area.
Children aged 0 to 4 years can be provided with a baby cot free of charge as an extra bed. Children from 4 years old are counted as a separate guest with the provision of an extra bed.
The apartment is located on the 4th floor, there is an elevator in the building.
DogFriendly. A one-time fee of 3000.00 RUB for special cleaning and insurance deposit is charged for accommodation with a dog, regardless of the length of stay (payment on the day of check-in). Accommodation is possible only with dogs of non-hazardous breeds up to 8 kg. Cats and larger dogs are not allowed to be placed.
