  Une caution de 4,000 ₽ par séjour devra être versée à l'arrivée au moyen d'un virement bancaire pour couvrir d'éventuels dommages.

  Les documents à présenter au check-in dépendent du type d'hébergement et des réglementations applicables. Pour les hôtels et autres types d'hébergement, un passeport russe, un passeport international ou un permis de conduire peuvent être acceptés. Pour les appartements, appart-hôtels et autres établissements où le check-in ou la conclusion du contrat dépendent des réglementations de l'établissement concerné, les documents requis sont fixés par le propriétaire.

  Only guests over the age of 21 are allowed to check in, in accordance with the agreement signed upon arrival.

  The following are prohibited:

  — staying with pets;

  — holding parties;

  — smoking in the apartment;

  — playing loud music;

  — disturbing the peace of neighbors.

  Upon check-in, an electronic agreement is signed and a passport must be presented.

  A security deposit for the safety of the property is required and will be refunded by 10:00 PM on the day of departure after the apartment has been inspected and cleaned.

  The deposit may be withheld in case of violation of the rules.
