It is allowed to use only the bed linen offered by the apartment, as it is hypoallergenic. In order to avoid allergy attacks, guests are strictly prohibited from bringing and using their own bed linen.

Do not smoke in the apartment and on the balcony — Smoking will result in a fine equal to the deposit.
Following a complaint from neighbors about a noisy feast, eviction follows on the same day without a refund of the deposit and payment for the rent.

Before leaving, wash the dishes and take out the trash;
Observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 08:00 AM;
Take off your street shoes at the entrance.
In case of non-compliance with the conditions, the deposit is not returned.

Remote check-in is organized in the apartment, so payment is accepted only by online transfer.
