Les documents à présenter au check-in dépendent du type d'hébergement et des réglementations applicables. Pour les hôtels et autres types d'hébergement, un passeport russe, un passeport international ou un permis de conduire peuvent être acceptés. Pour les appartements, appart-hôtels et autres établissements où le check-in ou la conclusion du contrat dépendent des réglementations de l'établissement concerné, les documents requis sont fixés par le propriétaire.

A hot tub with aeromassage and chromotherapy is paid separately, cost: ₽ 5000.00. The hot tub is heated to 40 degrees. Capacity - 6 people. Firewood is provided, included in the price of the hot tub.
A sauna is paid separately. Cost - ₽ 5000 per day.
For an additional fee, a bath broom, coal, kindling and firewood for the barbecue, sauna caps, children's armbands and diapers for the pool and jacuzzi, as well as two bicycles are available.
The house is designed for a quiet family holiday and is not suitable for noisy companies or parties, for events with a lot of alcohol. On the territory of the house there is a special place for smoking cigarettes. Smoking is prohibited in the sauna and in the house.
Noise is not allowed after 11:00 PM. It is prohibited to stay with animals, use hookahs, fireworks and firecrackers, sparklers. Guests bear full financial responsibility for the safety of the property of the house, as well as for the life and health of those on its territory. The deposit is returned to the client's card 2 hours after check-out, subject to the rules.
It is also possible to transfer from Khrabrovo airport to the house in the village of Dobroe and back. The cost of the transfer is ₽ 2000.00. Additional trips around the city and the region are discussed separately. The service is provided by Volkswagen Tiguan.
Drinking water is not provided, guests must bring water with them.
Guests are advised to bring slippers and a bathrobe for the bathhouse.
A deposit of ₽ 10,000 is charged, which is returned after checking the property and cleaning, 2 hours after check-out, to the client's card.
