We do not allow party of any sort including birthday, stag, hen, wedding etc. If this policy is violated, guests will be asked to leave immediately with no refunds of booking fee and deposit. If required, our security team will evict the guests and additional charge of £250 will be applied. Please note that the property has a strict no-smoking policy. A smoking fine of GBP 250 will be charged if any trace of smoking is found in the property. The same charge of GBP 200 will apply if guests are found tampering with the fire and smoke alarms.
