After the call, the owner sends information about the registration video (via WhatsApp or Viber) with details of all important things (for example, “How to use something”, Wi-Fi code, AC remote controllers, hot water boilers, etc.) Or these details will await guests in writing in the room.
In addition, the owner can meet the guest in front of the hotel and hand the keys in person.
In this situation, the Host must wear a mask and gloves and have one spare for the Guest and observe the rules of social distance (2 m from each other).
If the Guest has any questions, the owner will answer them in accordance with the rules of social distance (at a distance of 2 m).
The day before departure, the guest will contact the owner to confirm the time of departure from the hotel.
Departure and inspection of the property is carried out after the departure of the guests, and the owner will contact the guests and report them only in case of damage, no later than 24 hours after their departure.
In the event of damage after checking the property, the landlord will call the duty staff of the reservation department and report the damage in order to receive a deposit. A full report will be emailed to guests.
