I sometimes prefer to keep quiet about my disappointment, but when I consider that advertising is misleading, I make it a point to mention it. Indeed, for me, there is deception when the promotional photos of the room standards are in no way identical to reality. And to argue my point, here are some examples of my grievance. A satellite decoder remote control broken in two, functional but repaired with tape. No bathroom mat, which is always nice when you get out of the shower and have to go to the tiled room. A door opening system, once again held in place with tape and inoperative if I did not close the door abruptly. A very pronounced crack two meters long in the wall and finally no blackout curtain or shutter, so getting up and going to bed with daylight. So to sum up, an establishment that is certainly not a tourist hotel but rather a waypoint for motorists passing through the region. It should be noted, however, that the only glimmer of hope in the mediocrity of this hotel comes from the staff, smiling, attentive and professional and it is for them that I give these two stars. What a waste to see such a place that has the advantage of having competent staff but cares so little about the quality of the facilities offered to its customers.

Je préfère parfois taire ma déception, mais lorsque je considère que la publicité est trompeuse, je me fais un devoir de le mentionner. En effet, pour moi, il y a tromperie lorsque les photos promotionnelles des standards des chambres ne sont en rien identiques à la réalité. Et pour argumenter mon propos, voici quelques exemples de mon grief. Une télécommande de décodeur satellite cassée en deux, fonctionnelle mais réparée avec du scotch. Pas de tapis de salle de bain, ce qui est toujours agréable quand on sort de la douche et qu'on doit se rendre dans la chambre carrelée. Un système d'ouverture de porte, encore une fois maintenu en place avec du scotch et inopérant si je ne refermais pas la porte brusquement. Une fissure très prononcée de deux mètres de long dans le mur et enfin pas de rideau occultant ni de volet, donc se lever et se coucher avec la lumière du jour. Donc pour résumer, un établissement qui n'est certes pas un hôtel touristique mais plutôt un point de passage pour les automobilistes de passage dans la région. Notons cependant que la seule lueur d'espoir dans la médiocrité de cet hôtel vient du personnel, souriant, attentionné et professionnel et c'est pour eux que je donne ces deux étoiles. Quel gâchis de voir un tel endroit qui a l'avantage d'avoir un personnel compétent mais qui se soucie si peu de la qualité des installations offertes à ses clients.
