  - from 24:00 to 7:00 an additional fee of 1,000.00 RUB will be charged

  You need to have a passport with you to complete the contract. Reporting documents are provided.

  Cleaning, linen and towels are changed every 5 days.

  Prior to arrival, a prepayment of 1 night is required. A representative of the apartment will contact the guest and provide information on how to prepay.

  Holidays are strictly prohibited in the apartment.
