Avis sur Antelao Dolomiti Mountain Resort 4*
Quelle déception! Nous avons réservé du 25 juin au 5 juillet une chambre junior suite. La chambre a une vue magnifique sur les montagnes grâce à une énorme baie vitrée et orientée PLEIN OUEST, ce qui veut dire le soleil tape de 13 heures au coucher. Les vitres sont brûlantes! Dès notre arrivée la température de la chambre était supérieure à 30°. L'hôtesse nous dit vous avez une clim sur roulette! Sauf que cet équipement est hyper bruyant impossible de le laisser la nuit. Il n'y a pas de volet qu'une tenture donc impossible ouvrir la fenêtre. Pas de balcon! Impossible de changer de chambre tout était complet. Malgré la fraicheur de la nuit la température de la chambre ne descend jamais en dessous de 27/28°
La douche 1m*1m Il faut être mince. Aucun meuble pour ranger les effets de toilette! Quant au wellness center le jacuzzi est dans une pièce sombre! La relaxation sur la terrasse donne sur le parking! Quant à la piscine que l'on voit sur la photo elle est à 800m!
Cet hôtel ne vaut pas plus de 3 étoiles! Mai le prix est beaucoup trop élevé par rapport aux prestations. J'attends un geste commercial de la direction. NOTE 5/10 grace à la restauration
What a disappointment! From June 25 to July 5, we booked a junior suite room. The room has a magnificent view of the mountains thanks to a huge bay window and oriented FULL WEST, which means the sun beats from 13 hours to sunset. The windows are burning! As soon as we arrived the temperature of the room was above 30°. The hostess tells us you have air conditioning on wheels! Except that this equipment is super noisy impossible to leave it at night. There is no shutter that a drape so impossible to open the window. No balcony! Impossible to change room everything was complete. Despite the cool night the temperature of the chamber never drops below 27/28°
The shower 1m*1m You have to be thin. No furniture to store toiletries! As for the wellness center, the jacuzzi is in a dark room! Relaxation on the terrace overlooks the parking! As for the pool shown in the photo, it is 800m away!
This hotel is not worth more than 3 stars! May the price is much too high compared to the services. I expect a commercial gesture from management. Note 5/10 thanks to the restaurant.
